The Catechism of the Catholic Church

The 1911 edition, remains a goldmine of information and insight.
Pocket Catholic Dictionary
An excellent resource. Definitions written by Father John A. Hardon, S.J.
Jewish Encyclopedia
Contains more than 15,000 entries.
Baker's Evangelical Dictionary of Biblical Theology
An excellent resource. Start out by searching for "Covenant." The following, Protestant tools, are also good resources, though a Catholic should be sure to consult the Catechism and the Catholic Encyclopedia, as well:

From the Latin for "chains" or "links," this site threads together nearly 13,000 commentaries and allusions to virtually every verse of the New Testament by Church writers from the first four centuries after Christ.
The Catena Aurea of St. Thomas Aquinas
"The Golden Chain" is a series of passages from the Church fathers, woven together by the great Thomas to form a running commentary on the Gospels. A work in progress on the web, so far this on-line edition includes the Gospels of Matthew and Mark.
